If I were looking to acquire the guidance of a solicitor the was skilled in employment law, specifically Tupe and it's processes, what would be the best way to go about finding the right person/firm?

I would guess that to most people on this forum, It might appear to be a ridiculous question. I assume that many of you are legal people or work in that industry, but for a layman/laywoman who has not, then I think it may be an unwise thing for me to just google and pick the first few that comes to hand. I have asked friends, but none could make any recommendations.

Not wanting to break any charter rules; I'm not looking for Public recommendations, but any advise on how to ensure that I pick the right firm/person would be greatly appreciated.

If allowed, I would also be grateful for any pm's with names of well know firms that specialise in these matters.

    Thank you.

We cannot give recommendations here. Many practices would have TUPE experience. Talk to your usual solicitor. If (s)he cannot do it, they will recommend someone who can
