Looking at replumbing the house any idea of costs?

I'm recently after buying a house and am thinking of getting it replumbed moving the hotpress and tank closer to where I'm goin to put in a double sided stove with back boiler there is already an oil burner there, probably not the most efficient but hopefully will do till I can get another few yoyo's together to change it…

Is a 22kw stove to much or to little I have had 2 different guys tell me 16 is enough and another say he'd put in the 22. Anything I should be putting in to make the house more efficient getting the walls pumped with beads and the attic sprayed with open cell foam insulation
