HDR TV's

Hi, A note about HDR TV's. Many sets that are out or coming out, force movie mode when HDR is turned on. This results in much higher input lag (up to 120ms) than if it was off. This is true of all makes and price points except for LG OLED which use different technology and thus keep the input lag low.

Input lag matters for gaming, a high lag can result in a delay to the onscreen action or tearing..

Samsung KS7000 and KS8000 are better than the others but the input lag can still be quite high. I would say wait until March 2017 when the new models come out before getting one. Frustrating when the XB1s and PS4/PS4Pro are out and support this.
