Seems like the perfect job for a good travel agent.

+1 You won't be able to book a party of that size in one go for either hotels or flights, it will be a very tedious job for one person and if you farm it out to multiple people, you can be guaranteed that someone will book the wrong dates - a travel agent is definitely the way to go.

Yes I'd go travel agent route, also some hotels may not allow such a large booking for fears of hen/stag parties for 1 person. Either that or assign about 5 people to organise the booking separately, one person organising will be a mess for that person if things go wrong.

Given the time of years the Canaries are probably your best bet unless you want to go long haul. To be honest though you may not find it easy to get flights for 50 people all on the same plane so I would try and pick somewhere that there is more than one flight flying out in a day.

As others said you may have trouble booking a hotel for that number of people. Maybe look into booking self catering.

If you are booking online make sure that you research any accomdation company well. There are quite a few scam ones operating in the Canaries and a very Irish people have been caught out in by them.
