Avensis NCT fail-Cracked doors

    My car an 09 Avensis failed NCT because the doors were cracked where the check strap is bolted.Both doors have been replaced by Toyota free of charge.

    I think he means they've broken again after being replaced.

    I think he means that chassis is cracked where the check strap bolts to it (very common avensis issue) and very hard to fix properly

    What im saying is that the car failed the Nct because the front doors were cracked where the chek strap bolts in.The doors have been replaced by Toyota as a result of this.

    That's very common.

    They're already replacing doors for a second time on some cars.

    It's still not clear what you're saying though.
    It's common knowledge that they replace these doors.
    It's not clear whether you had a problem that's now solved or you had the problem solved and it's happened again.
