I'm considering renting an apartment in Cashel Main St. and wondering, if I got a permit from the County Council, would it be safe to park in the public car park beside the Cashel Palace Hotel overnight? It seems like a place where vandals might visit without fear of disturbance. Any advice or opinions would be welcome.…
