Recommendations for a dragon tattoo

So I'm looking to get a dragon tattoo coiled around my forearm. It's going to involve a small cover up of a tattoo I have on my wrist. It will be black and white and nothing too detailed. Could someone recommend a good artist to do this? I'm living in Lucan atm so anywhere around Dublin is grand.
