New car battery

    Seem to be getting hit up for a host of costs on everything, I'm this case I need to replace a car battery, anyone recommend a good place that sells a good brand at a good price? Or any deals going anywhere. Need to check but think it is 70 or 75 amp hours

    Changing the battery isn't an issue but I need the seller to take the old one, I could drop it to ballymount recycling facility, area is west Dublin but open to suggestions anywhere reasonably near outside Dublin or different areas.

    Any motor factors will sell you one and take the old away free.

    Replaced a 75 a/hr in the daughter's car recently. 43 euro in local farm store.

    Where was that? Near dublin? What's the store? Brand of battery? Never heard of a large car battery for that price? I've come across over 100

    tipperary , arrabawn co op, haven't the name to hand, it's an unknown brand, but we have been using them in tractors and the jeep for the last couple of years with no issues

    too far, might be an option for me to look up in a farm store thats nearer the borders of Dublin.
