Adverts id / password

Hi there, trying to log onto Adverts, says my account not linked to boards id (not sure if I used before but not used it in a long time anyway), boards password doesn't work but it knows my email address (says already being used when I try to sign up). If I reset the Adverts password will it also reset my boards password?…

Hi there, trying to log onto Adverts, says my account not linked to boards id (not sure if I used before but not used it in a long time anyway), boards password doesn't work but it knows my email address (says already being used when I try to sign up). If I reset the Adverts password will it also reset my boards password? I don't really want to reset that (currently suffering from password overload!)

Hi Dave,

Nope, you should be able to change your Adverts password without affecting your Boards account at all.
