Imagine wimax stopped working

    Has anyone else had their service stop working in the Athlone area the past two weeks?
    Iv tried ringing technical support but that's s joke. Hangs up after 20 minutes, iv tried every evening for the past two weeks.
    I know they have an LTE service available but I haven't been told if they were turning off the WiMax service.
    One of the neighbours is having the same issue from the same time
