Buy mechanical keyboard in Dublin?

    Hi,

I'm looking for a new keyboard (for typing, not gaming) - I yearn for an old keyboard that was on my IBM PS2 back in about 1990, it had a really positive click to each keystroke.

I believe that may have been a mechanical keyboard. Where in Dublin could I buy one, or another good quality keyboard that gives a similar feel?

I want to buy in person so I can try it out.

    Thanks!

it's rare, but they do have the odd one when they are trying to clear stuff. picked up a mechanical razer for 30 euros less than i was finding it anywhere else, think amazon was next cheapest

AmazonUK or a specialist online store are probably your best bet though.

Uses Alps switches, which differ from the modern Cherry MX switches by quite a bit.

Currys and Maplin typically have some you can try atleast to get a feel for switches.

I bought a Corsair K70 Red switch recently from Amazon. Amazon are self explanatory, top notch. The keyboard itself is brilliant, I'm really impressed and see why its so popular.
