Hi all just a quick question about this.does anyone know how long the house can b built to b considered a new build.I have bought a house built in 2010 and we are de first occupiers of house..also does it apply to one off builds in countryside and not jus developers properties..any help appreciated

Applies to contracts to purchase a first home after 19 July 2016.

Sorry misread your post.

Point 14 says that a new build is one that was not previous occupied.
