Why isn't my phone ringing?

We are in Spain and have a problem with our phones.
When my friend tries to ring me on my mobile the call comes through to Viber which is on my tablet (not on my mobile). Any suggestion as to how we can sort this would be much appreciated. (I have no problem when I ring her phone).

Have you roaming on your mobile plan? Account in credit?

I have Vodafone Smart plan, she has Eir mobile. I can ring her without a problem, she can't ring me

Vodafone Smart is their range of phones, are you Bill Pay or Pay as You Go?

When you say you can ring your friend, do you wait for her to answer or just hear the phone ringing?

Probably the feature called Viber-In Calls.

Open up Viber > Settings > Calls and Messages > Viber-In Calls.
    Set it to OFF.

    Try again.
