I am moving into an old house and there is a Stanley Oil Cooker range that heats the back boiler. I would like to get rid of the range and all pipes related to it and the oil tank too if anyone was interested in taking it all I would want is that they come with a plumber do the disconnection and take away both.

I trust that that is all needs to be done or am I being naïve?
