Harvey Norman Limerick : probably store specific, but just in case they might be available in other stores :

Manfrotto 190xprob Tripod with 496RC2 Ball Head - reduced from €249 to €50 (I got this, none left)

Giottos Silk Road Series GYTL9353 with a head (couldn't see the model number) is reduced from €150 to €50 - I left it on the shelf at the bottom of the tripod stand.

both were display models, with some scratches to the heads and both were missing some parts from the heads as well.
