Hi I'm just after moving into a rented house, the saorview box is only showing the channels on MUX 2 rte 2, tv3, tg4, 3e. Tried a different box and that found rte1 utv rte+ 1 how do I get all the channels working on the same box, any ideas? Thanks

The signal strength for Mux1 is likely borderline, one of the receiver's tuners appears to handle the weaker signal better than the other.

Describe the aerial setup in the rented property, type/location etc.

Does it look like any of these - http://www.freetv.ie/saorview/tv-aerials/uhf/

The aerial may need realigning and/or the cabling/connections checked.

It could, repair it and then see how the signal is.
