Hi for those in the know, are there road works in Buttavent at the moment? And is there somewhere to get lunch on the go there? like a Centra/Spar deli or something?

There is a Centra there, and a coffee shop

I am almost 100% sure the roadworks are finished up

Haha don't be so quick to say that.. They are not, they are still fecking ongoing twill take them years to finish them. If you are coming in from the Cork side be prepared to hit traffic tis a nightmare. Id say avoid any peak times and you should be ok
