Can't log on to account

    Hi,
    I can't log on to my account.  I have forgotten my password and when I go to get new password it says "[font=Arial, 'Arial Narrow', sans-serif]This is not a registered email address.[/font]"  I have used this account for years.
    Can you help please?

    Are you referring to your Electric Ireland Online Account or your Electric Ireland Rewards account?

    If you would like us to look into this for you, please send us the following information via private message:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your email address and date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
