    Hi,
the clutch on my car gave out very recently. The car is a 2002 Peugeot 206.
I'm not sure if its the cable or the clutch itself (there was a burning smell, the car stopped and I can't get it to go into gear at all) but I have bought both a clutch kit and a clutch cable.
I'm in a desperate position in that I really need the car up and running again but have very limited available funds right now.
Does any body know of somebody who could help me fix these parts at a reasonable rate? I can't go another week without the car and can't afford any of the garages I have contacted.
I am in the Dublin 18 area.
Thanks for reading, and good luck with your own motors!

What kind of money have you been quoted and where did you buy the parts? Many variations in clutches and cables on the 206 so many places will be weary of you supplying the parts. 180-300 should see them both fitted depending where you go and including new gear oil
