Ulefone Power - internet not working.

Hi guys, I'm not very technical, so please tell me if I'm missing something here!

My boyfriend got a Ulefone Power dual sim phone yesterday. He's got a Three sim in it. His APN settings seem fine, they're the same as mine on my Huawei.

His data won't work - calls and texts are fine. His phone says he has full 4g coverage, but no internet access at all is happening.

Anything he could be missing here to make it work?

    Thanks guys :)

What Apn is he using and what box has he it written into, is mobile data switched on?

Has he the up and down arrows beside the signal bars?

Data is switched on, no up and down arrows to indicate it's working, but 5 bars of signal and 4g written on it. I'll try upload pics of the APN settings, it's in the 3 Ireland box thing.

Won't let me upload pics, I'll type out the APN settings in a minute

Make sure that the sim settings have the correct sim card enabled for data. Ie: if his sim is in SiM 1, he needs to enable data connection for Sim 1

    Thanks guys.

    He's on PAYG, 4g included.

I made him stick his sim into my phone quickly then straight back into his. This resulted in Three sending MMS and data settings to his sim (thinking it was in another Three phone) and he's had data since!

    Thanks again :)
