Fork clearance advice

I am seeking some advice on fork clearance.
My current bike has Easton EC70 forks. Look nice but they are getting on a bit.

I want to buy a new fork but want one with a greater amount of clearance. My current forks (the Eastons) barely take 25mm tyres - some they simply don't take. This makes fitting front mudguards problematic.

I have searched Wiggle/CRC for a new fork that takes 27mm or 28mm tyres and still has some clearance left to take crud guards in the winter. Proving very difficult to find.

Can anyone recommend a fork with ample clearance for a road bike in the sub €200 price range.

    Thank you.
