    That plug to bulb thing does not meet standards (even from that photo you can see that - the sleeves on the pins are too large, meaning either they won't fit in the socket or the metal sections won't fit safety creating an arcing risk).

    Buying mains (or lithium battery) electronics from random Chinese sellers is incredibly dangerous and should not be done.

    It's amazing how many people don't look for the relevant safety stickers when buying electrical items from China.
