Had timing chain done a few weeks back. 1,4 Opel Astra

Noticed some oil on ground a few days ago, Everywhere i park there is oil on the ground. Only small amounts.

Had a guy take a look as i can't get in touch with the guy who did the timing chain.

Says the seals are gone or were not replaced when chain was done and i need.

    Timing Cover Seal
    Camshaft Seal
    Sump Seal
    Oil & Filter
Aux Belt (Oil On It He Said)

    600 Euros.

    Seem legit?

Sounds like you had the chain changed by a Cowboy

+1. Surely those seals should have been changed with the chain... can't really see how they could do the job at all without replacing the seals.

And the leak has to be pretty substantial to see a few spots wherever you park. Be careful driving it anywhere.

Ah well **** happens. What can you do. Can't let one dodgy mechanic give everyone a bad name. You live and you learn.
