My mother just got a court summons for a car accident she was in. There was no one else involved and she had to leave car at the side of the road for a night. Someone called the guards and they appeared at her house. They asked for her to bring her license to station within 10 days.
She arrived after 12 days. And now has a summons to court because she was late for bringing license in.
She also has a summons for having an English license as she never changed to an Irish one.
Anyone know what they want to achieve for bringing her to court??
No one else was involved.
