Replace electric heating + pump system

    Hi there. I live at Castleforbes Sq Apartments, Dublin 1. I have old electric water heating system + pump in place and was wondering if there is anything I could do to replace it with more compact electric boiler and remove the pump.

    Is there anything you can recommend to make it more efficient and smarter?
