Picked this up in my local Aldi yesterday for half price €50 in mullingar,so maybe in nationwide.

Good quality gear from Aldi.
Got there 18v cordless drill and impact drill nearly a year ago and they still going strong. And they get used a lot .

Can't comment on the drill yet as I've only used the jigsaw and that's fairly strong and cuts no bother.
I'd say the drill would be good as well.

I've found Aldi reductions tend not to be nationwide. I saw a pair of sawhorses advertised in Greystones for half price which was sold out, but when I found stock in three other stores, none had the reduction. I've noticed more items since, Aldi in Wexford, Trinity Street, seem to have few reductions compared to others.

Yep, always seems to be store specific on the cut price stuff.
