Rental Market in Waterford

    Hello - first time poster (recommended on reddit).
    I'm in the lucky position where I was left a property in Waterford City. I'm considering renting it for a few years and eventually selling on. I'm not very familiar with the city so would appreciate any advice on the rental market. I had a quick look on daft and there doesn't seem to be much about, is there much demand?

    It's close enough to Gracedieu - it needs a bit of work but I don't mind doing that. Thanks for the reply.

    Close enough to industrial estate so that should help rent it
