Looking to rent work space

    I am looking to rent a space within 10km of Portlaoise as a workshop - ideally with 3 phase but not essential - large garage or small light industrial unit, old shop unit etc - cheap rent.

    Hi, I may be able to help, the area we have is in Mountmellick, roughly what square feet of an area had you in mind?

    Hi - a lot of what I have seen are 2500 sq ft plus or prime retail, which I cannot afford at tge prices Estate agents have quoted me, Have someone else in similar situation, so have option to share a larger space. Could you PM me some details. Thanks.

    Have you tried Portlaoise Enterprise Centre? A fantastic building at excellent rates.
