Does anybody know what this new building being constructed near the Pigeon Houses is? The photo is taken from Sandymount looking towards the Pigeon Houses. It seems pretty damn big but nobody…

Hi,

Sorry that this is more than likely not the place for this, but I'm not sure that there is a correct section for this question!

Does anybody know what this new building being constructed near the Pigeon Houses is? The photo is taken from Sandymount looking towards the Pigeon Houses.

It seems pretty damn big but nobody I've asked nor a Google search has shed any light on what it might be!

Saw this for the first time yesterday (in the flesh as it were rather than a photo), how long has it taken to go up? I'm not down that part of the world all that often but the last time I was there was no sign of it.
