Leather sofa cleaning/wipes

I used to use Mr Sheen leather wipes on my leather sofa and found them great - they have lanolin so don't try out the leather or anything and really get it clean. However, I can't find them anywhere anymore. I saw some Bouchard ones in Dealz but am a little reluctant to go for something with no review online in case I ruin my sofa (even if I do some test patches first). Just wondering what other people use to clean their leather sofas/furniture?

Mods: Wasn't sure where to put this to be honest (interior design or here) so feel free to move if I have missed a more appropriate forum (was looking for a cleaning forum :D))
