    Series of events leads me to think my computer is being hacked.

    A. How do I find out?
    B. Is there a way of tracking back?

    Very unlikely but not impossible.
    Could you elaborate on the events that lead you to believe you've been targeted?
    Depending on your intentions, you may want to stop using the computer and have forensic/professional grade disk imaging done.
