ENT advised me on getting a humidifier which humidifier is best to get for sinus related problems i know there this cool and warm mist options has anybody got any experience with these and what is a good 1 to get thanks

I bought a room temperature one from Argos which I find helpful. You can adjust the mist settings and it has a blue light in it. It definitely makes a difference. It was about 30 odd euros. Now that I think of it, it's cool mist actually.
