New Vacuum Recommendations

Im looking to buy a new vacuum for hard floors(tiles and timber floors). I currently don't have any but the brush just isn't doing the job. My budget would be between 60-130, I would stretch to 150 if it was worth it. Also i've no preference to hoover type but i have only ever used the conventional type. My house is a bungalow so no stairs to contend with but would still like a light compact vacuum. Thanks

You can't go wrong with the cheapest Miele model. Actually in your price range.
Simple, very good. Quiet and no fuss.
Endless optional filters and tools can be added later.

Cheap cyclonic machines are usually very poor.

For that price though you'll get a pretty good vacuum with a bag.

I would recommend a Henry (or one of the family ) Very reliable and great suction.
