    Anybody know what organs I can donate without it having life hindering results if so how would I go about it thanks

    Do you mean which organs can you donate while you are alive? If so: whole kidney, part of liver, part of pancreas, part of small bowel.

    There are potential risks to all of these for the donor.

    Not an organ but you can go on the bone marrow donation registry.
