Last Tuesday Euromillions jackpot was €140 million and match 5+1 had 7 winners and each got paid €225k.
Onto Friday and Jackpot is €155 million and match 5+1 had 12 winners (1 Irish) and each got paid €195,000.
Would have thought the match 5+1 should have been a good bit higher if you are only missing the jackpot by 1 Lucky Star?

They've gotta pay into all those pension funds and jollies somehow.
Chances of winning 5+2 in EM is apparently: 116,531,800 to 1.

Pick three in any of the regular lotto's with the bookies is the best idea,
was just 1 number away from x625 multiplier on Wednesday.

Back in the day (when there was less balls) hearing of folks winning 10k (pick4)
    was a fairly common occurrence.

However if anyone is convinced they're actually going to win the lotto jackpot,
always choose numbers that are on average above 31 to reduce sharing the prize-fund.

    Yep due to birthdates.
Would imagine numbers like 5,10,15 etc & 10.20.30 etc would be massive number of winners.
