How is that place a viable business and still open?
Dunnes is right over the road, Lidl and Centra are just down the road.

Coynes had all that land around it so after selling it prior to Dunnes etc being build can only suggest it's just a pastime as they don't need the revenue

Ah Ok that seems much more likely than my thoughts of it being a front for a major drug dealing business

That place is actually still open? I thought it closed in the energy crisis of 1973.

Definitely still open. Although I've lived nearby for the best part of a decade and never gone in. Come to think of it I am not sure I've ever seen anyone go in. But I know a guy who used to buy kindling there.
