Kidney infection & Macrodantin

Hi guys if I'm in the wrong place please feel free to move. So I have a pretty bad kidney infection. The pain is unbelievable. I was in the docs yesterday and I was prescribed Macrodantin. That was yesterday and I thought the pain would have subsided by now. (Its been a full 24hrs) My question is has anyone else ever had…

My question is has anyone else ever had this antibiotic?? How long did it take for it to kick in for you??
