Can you collect from dfs or is it delivery only? In the market for a sofa and there are some serious bargains to be had on the dfs UK website with the pound being so low. Thinking a trip up to Belfast would be worth it.

Sorry to bring up an old thread. Did you do this in the end?? Have been looking this last week at DFS in the up the north. I was looking at a sofa last week in blanchardstown store, came home and it worked out €400 cheaper. I rang the sales office and they said you can order from the UK and its shipped from the local store?

No didn't go ahead with it in the end, just ordered from a local place that had a sale on.

Avoid dfs - just look up the amount of problems people have.

Btw, many make errors on exchange rate.

Current consumer exchange rate is €1.21

So if item is £500, the cost to you is €605 if paying by card.

1.23 is current "buy sterling notes" rate.
