Apps on android phone not working correctly.

    It started a few days ago. The first app i noticed the problem with was Onedrive. It wouldn't let me sign in and the Outlook app wouldn't show my emails. Then YouTube wouldn't let me play videos, it kept showing tap to reload. Next when i tried to record videos on Snapchat they show up as photos when it finishes recording. Vidoes that people have on their stories don't play either it skips right over them. Videos don't play in Instagram or Facebook either. The same problem is happening with the Netflix app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and data in all of them and its still happening. I know I'll probably have to do a factory reset but I was hoping I wouldn't. Is there any reason for this to be happening? I scanned for viruses but it came up with nothing. My phone is a Vodafone Smart Ultra Six with the latest software updates if that helps.
