House insurance after extension

    Hope this is in the right place,?
    I've gutted my house and rebuilt it from top to bottom, how do I get the correct value to rebuild it for the insurance,

    Yeah I've seen that, the thing is I've my attic converted and other added extras, it's a 3 bed house, but not a standard house, I'd need someone to measure/value the house, I don't no who though

    What's so special about an attic conversion?
    You build it into the construction costs and unless you can pay someone to prepare detailed construction drawings now, so that a builder can price it then it's a guess calculation that will be carried out.

    What are the added extras? Are they contents or large above standard glazing units or similar?

    Maybe go above the average cost and over shoot the price just in case, better to be over covered than under covered.
