Yes any bank will give you a sterling draft. Think they are around €4-€5 to get one.

On a side not it seems an odd one, why would anyone in Spain want sterling? Make sure your not being scammed as booking outside the online systems gives zero protection if you are ripped off.

As someone has said previously I think it sounds very dodgy. Why wouldnt they allow card payment? If you use a bankdraft and they go bankrupt, you have no right to a refund unless they are bonded. If you use a card, your bank can request a charge back and you will get your money back fairly quickly.

Yeah they are a reputable company and a lot of the apt owners operate this way in the complex for some reason !

You can only be issued with a foreign draft from a bank you currently bank with. Any branch of your bank will be able to issue you one. You need to lodge the funds and have the draft issues from your account.
