    Hi everyone,

Regular Boards poster here, but going anon for this one.

As the title says, I'm wondering if anybody knows of a support group in the Limerick area (also Ennis, Nenagh, Tipperary, North Cork would be okay too) for adult survivors of childhood abuse. The abuse was physical, mental and emotional, but not sexual and most groups seemed to be geared more towards survivors of sexual abuse.

I'm attending counselling, but would like to maybe speak to people who have been in a similar situation.
Would very much appreciate it if anyone knows of anywhere at all.

There's great groups on facebook. Make sure its a closed group though so that if you post anything it's only seen by the people in that group.

I Survived An Irish Childhood is one I'm a member of on Facebook. Not sure if there are any face to face ones tbh
