Builder has offered white sand cement finish or a Webber monocouche finish

From most I speak to monocouche causes issues with colouring over time + hair line cracks , break up around beads etc.. but looks better..

    Appreciate anyonea recommendation

    Thanks

I can't comment particularly on Weber, but I used Sto on my renovation on top of an old existing sand/cement finish.

I didn't go with it, but they do a range of anti crack options also. I'm very happy with it - no cracks as yet, and it seems very solid. I hate to admit it, I've clipped the wall with the bucket of a digger a couple of times and it simply dinged the area of contact. No flaking, cracking, etc.
