Interior Designer Using Only IKEA Furniture. Does Such a Thing Exist?

    Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is somthing that exists but does anyone know of a a design service where someone can advise on furniture etc selections using only products from IKEA

We're looking to decorate an unfurnished apartment in France, don't speak great French and so the prospect of hiring a local designer seems unlikely. A lot of the local furniture stores are not great and are quite overpriced.

We could pick out furniture etc from local IKEA ourselves but frankly I'm not an interior designer and so would like to pay someone that has a better eye for this to pick out combos of stuff that will work well together. In much the same way IKEA themselves do show rooms I'd like to get someone to look at pictures of the apartment, show them pictures of layouts we like the look of and come up with ideas for what might work well.

Anyone know if this is a service that exists?

    Thanks in advance!

I'm sure any decent interior designer should be able to do that for you. There's a few recent graduates looking to build their portfolios that have been advertising their services for free on adverts.ie recently. Might be worth getting in touch with one of them as your situation would make for an interesting case study.

I can never find those offers anywhere, are they advertising under 'services' on adverts or free section? :/ any other platform to find graduates building their portfolios willing to do stuff at low fee?

I sent you a private message with a recommendation of a great interior designer you could use.
