Lenovo docking station.

    hello.

    I've always been a Dell man.......but today, got my first Lenovo.

    It's a Lenovo T 460 and the docking station is a ultra dock 90w.

    With my dell, when I docked the laptop, the power light would come on on the docking station and I would press the power button to turn it on.

    With the Lenovo docking station, the power button does not seem to come on at all. By power button I mean the circular button in attached file.

    The docking station has power etc, just this circular power button does not have any life at all.

    Any ideas ?
