    Hi,
I have just completed personal probate after my Uncles death. I am now in the process of transferring land in to the various different beneficiaries names and am unsure about which forms to use. I am an executor and my uncle left me a site in his will so I'm presuming I fill in form 38, but I'm not certain?
Has anyone else done their own transmission of land?
If so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

If you are talking about registered land, you may be able to contact the Property Registration Authority with your query.

Otherwise, you will need to contact a solicitor, which is the advisable course of action when it comes to the conveyance of real property.
