Issue with Marriage Form sent back?!!

    Short of it is.

    Marriage form was sent back to register marriage. Just got a registered letter today from them to say, to please send original form, not a copy?

    Now, im sure i sent them original as my Mam had the folder after the ceremony. Copied it all for us, gave me a copy (which i hope i can find), she has a copy and then, what i thought was the original in the green folder.

    Does anyone know, if i don't find the original, what the outcome would be?

    I found all this out while at work, so im dying to get home to check where i put my copy (in case that's the original, and my Mam is going to check hers too).

    Im panicking in case this is a serious issue?? :(
