Bushnell neo + Failing to sync for updates

    Hi All ,
    I have a query which I hope someone with a Bushnell neo + will be able to help me with.
    I have one of these devices for the past two years , I received it preloaded with courses.This meant I did not try to update it or connect to my computer until a few weeks ago.
    My issue is when I try to sync the device it fails to sync, I have tried reloading the software several times and tried it on a few computers with the same issue coming up all the time.
    I have contacted igolf help on this but I did not get a definitive answer to my issue.
    So at present I do not know whether it is the watch, software or my computer/ computers which is the issue.
    Is there anyone who has one of these devices who had this issue? and has any pointers, or alternatively anyone who has this device and has it successfully synched to their computer.
    If there is and they would allow me to try my device on their system to see if it my device or not I would really appreciate it.
    I am in the Limerick area but would be willing to travel to try and get to the bottom of this

    Do a Google on this as I'm sure it has happened to others. I had an issue with the previous version and the issue turned out to be the version of Java on my PC IIRC.

    thanks for reply , I think it must be something like that , although I have tried a lot of online directions and still no go.
    I am getting someone who is fairly computer savvy to have a look at my system to see if there is anything blocking the downloads.

    I will post back when I have it resolved
