How to get new name on passport?

    Hello everyone. So about 1 month ago I got my surname changed using a deed poll. I have had my Irish Passport for nearly a year now. How can I get my new surname on the passport?

    You need to prove common usage for 2(3?) years, it's not as simple as just changing it.
