Ford Galaxy 1.9 tdi DMF

So the DMF went and I decided to convert to solid. I found it a pig of a job. A little hard to get into gear ( from stationary) but fine on the road. A slight noise in the gearbox which goes when clutch is pressed or the revs are increased by a 100 or so RPM.

These cars have a dmf for a reason. I hope it doesn't happen but I'd expect you will be replacing your gearbox next.

Ya I understand that but I didn't want spending too much on it as its not worth much, it's on nearly 400k miles. Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, bearing and slave cylinder for €250.
